Life without Grain with David Perlmutter
Do you want to know how you can protect your memory with your diet? In this course Dr. David Perlmutter will elaborate on the scientific basis of his vision on why grain is bad for your brain.
The number of people with dementia or Alzheimer's is increasing at a staggering pace. There is no known drug that can stop or reverse the process of decay, making this deterioration of the brain a growing threat.
So when American neurologist David Perlmutter discovered that his patients with neurological disorders improved when they moved - for very different reasons - to a gluten and grain-free diet, he couldn’t believe it. After years of research, Perlmutter has turned the medical world upside down with his discoveries. You can read all about that in the cover story of The Intelligent Optimist March/April 2014.
During this online course Perlmutter will share how you can protect your memory with your diet. He will elaborate on the scientific basis of his vision, and there will be ample opportunity for questions. This is your chance to consult a physician who has been successful in the treatment and prevention of dementia and Alzheimer's.
